Carl began his real estate career in 2006 as a Real Estate Appraiser, quickly distinguishing himself in competitive markets by earning top commission awards and building high-performing teams. In 2016, Carl founded his first real estate team, which scaled to over 100 agents under his leadership and later expanded to more than 600 agents. He successfully exited the business through two strategic sales, transferring top-producing agents to premier brokerages.
