Carl Azbell is a licensed real estate broker in New York with extensive experience in brokerage leadership, agent mentorship, and high-level representation. He began his real estate career in 2014, quickly distinguishing himself in competitive markets by earning top commission awards and building high-performing teams. In 2016, Carl founded his first real estate team, which scaled to over 100 agents under his leadership and later expanded to more than 600 agents. He successfully exited the business through two strategic sales, transferring top-producing agents to premier brokerages. Following these exits, Carl earned his law degree in 2024 and has represented real estate agents in commission disputes and enforcement actions, giving him a unique legal perspective within the industry. In 2026, Carl re-entered active real estate practice in New York City, passing the New York Broker’s exam under a state-granted waiver based on his extensive experience. He now focuses on mentorship, training, and supporting agents in achieving their professional goals while leveraging his nationally recognized expertise in brokerage growth and leadership.
My Mission
An initial meeting to discuss your current knowledge level, then I will build a 24 week plan for you to fill in any gaps so after 6 months you shouldn't need me anymore. The core topics I teach are (1) proper CMA/property valuation for single family homes, condos, duplexes and investment properties, (2) lead generation, (3) marketing to build what I built which was hundreds of people coming to my events regularly and (4) creation of your social media websites, backlinks, and to achieve searchable results when people try to find you on google.
